Follow the step-by-step procedure:

Step 1 Click the button labeled "Order Refills Online". Then enter your first name, last name and phone number into the "Existing Customers Sign In" box and click the button labeled "Sign In."

Step 2 Complete the Refill Order Form.

Are you ordering a new prescription as well as a refill? If so, go to Step 3. If not, click the "Submit Order" button.

Step 3 Use our Drug Browser to find the new drug(s) you need to order. You can search by name, letter, or if you're ordering a commonly-prescribed Australian drug like Lipitor or Celebrex you may be able to find it in the "Popular Drugs" box. When you find the correct drug, click on it.

Step 4 Choose the quantity and dosage of the drug you've selected, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. The new prescription drug will now be added to your Refill Order Form. Repeat these steps until you have added all the new prescriptions you need.

Step 5 Click on the "Submit Order" button. Remember to fax us a copy of your new prescription(s) along with our Fax Coversheet. Your refill and new prescriptions will be packaged together to save you shipping fees.
