If you'd like to check on the progress of your medicine package after it leaves our Australia pharmacies, you can do so using our Track and Trace system. Track and Trace is a service provided for our pharmacy's customers by Australia Post, the postal authority which ships all our orders. You can use this service to trace the position of your package from the time it leaves our pharmacy until it arrives at your door.

Follow these three steps to Track and Trace your medication package:

Step 1
Phone us toll free at 1-888-635-3816 or Contact Us to find out the tracking number for your package.

Step 2
Enter your tracking number into the box provided. Don't insert any spaces when you enter your number, eg: HR194710221HW or 12345432223.

Step 3
Click the button marked "Track", and you will be transferred to the Australia Post site, where you can trace the progress of your order.

NOTE: Remember, the phone numbers on the Australia Post site are overseas numbers which are inaccessible to people in the U.S. If you need to contact Australia Post, see their "Contact Us" page for an alternative method.
