What do you charge for shipping?
Our Australian pharmacy charges $14.95 USD per package. Because this charge applies to each package, not each prescription, you can save on shipping by following these tips:
- If you're taking a long-term medication, order a 90-day supply at a time instead of a 30-day supply.
- If you need multiple medications, order them all at once and have them packaged and shipped together.
- Request to have medications for family members or neighbors packaged together so you can split the shipping fee.
If you follow these tips, shipping fees will not usually add up to more than a few dollars per month. However, there is one circumstance in which you may have to pay slightly more:
- In the unlikely event that your medications will not all fit in one shipping package, you will be expected to pay the $14.95 USD shipping fee for each package required.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on whether you have ordered a new prescription or a refill. Refills take slightly less time to process and arrive slightly faster.
New prescriptions: After you place your complete new prescription order (including Customer Agreement, Patient Profile Form and valid prescription), it should arrive in 3-4 weeks.
Refills: After you request your refill, expect to wait 2-3 weeks for your order.
NOTE: U.S. Customs can hold any package for up to 30 days. Unfortunately, this is beyond the control of our Australian pharmacy, and we advise you to consider this possibility when timing your order.
I don't live in the U.S. Will you ship medications to me?
We are only able to ship to U.S. customers at this time.
