Are Australia drugs safe?
At our pharmacy Australian drugs have all been tested and approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) of the Australian Department of Health and Aging. We do not dispense the following types of medications:
- Drugs which must be refrigerated (eg. Insulin.)
- Addictive or habit-forming drugs.
- Controlled or "scheduled" substances.
- "Lifestyle" drugs (eg. Viagra or Levitra.)
We do not supply these drugs for safety, legal and ethical reasons. We specialize in providing chronic-care medications necessary to sustain or improve our patients' quality of life.

Every prescription filled by our Australian online pharmacy must pass through our multi-check safety system. This system was designed to ensure your medication is suitable for your needs, is dispensed accurately and at the correct dosage, and is shipped to you in perfect condition. When your prescription and medical information arrive at our pharmacy, they begin this process:
- Your prescription and medical history are reviewed by our quality-assurance staff.
- You are phoned at home by a health care professional from our Cyber Clinic, who verifies your information and responds to your medication-related questions.
