Why are prices lower in Australia?
Prices are low at our Australian pharmacy for a few reasons:
1. Government price controls.
Prices for Australian drugs are regulated by the Australian government in order to keep them affordable for consumers. In the U.S., pharmaceutical firms are free to set their own drug prices; the U.S. government does not intervene. Because pharmaceutical firms profit when drug prices are high, Americans pay more for prescription medications than anyone else in the world.
2. The generic option.
Prescriptions Australian pharmacies dispense can be filled with low-priced generic drugs instead of brand name drugs. Generic products are copies of brand name products that can be manufactured after the brand name patent has expired. Generic drugs are equal to brand name drugs in quality and medicinal content, but they are almost invariably less expensive.
3. No hidden fees.

What's an Electronic Check?
An Electronic Check is an online version of a regular check, which allows us to debit your checking account directly. When you pay by Electronic Check, it's not necessary to mail or fax a paper check to our pharmacy. If you'd like to pay by Electronic Check, fill out the "Pay by Check" section of the Online Patient Profile Form. You will need to provide us with your full name as it appears on your regular checks, as well as your bank account number and bank routing number. These numbers can be found in the bottom left corner of one of your regular checks; use this illustration as a guide:
To ensure your banking information is secure, we'll also ask you to provide personal information such as your driver's license number and your mother's maiden name.
