Would you like to order now?
Will I need to provide a prescription?
Yes. At our pharmacy Australia drugs cannot be dispensed unless a valid prescription is provided.
What makes a prescription "valid"?
In order for a prescription to be valid, it must be written by a physician licensed to practice medicine and prescribe medicine in your country of residence. It must also be less than one year old.
What other information will I need to provide when I order?
The most important piece of information you must provide is a valid prescription for each drug you wish to order. In addition to a prescription, please provide the following:
- Medical information including current conditions and medications. You can put this information on your Patient Profile Form.
- Accurate contact information (your phone number and address.)
- A signed and witnessed Customer Agreement.
- Your preferred payment method (VISA, MasterCard or Electronic Check.)
- Which Australian drugs you wish to order.
What quantity of medication can I purchase at one time?
U.S. regulations state that a 90-day supply is the maximum quantity of medication allowed to be imported for personal use by U.S. citizens at one time. Our Australia pharmacies comply with this regulation, and we do not dispense more than a 90-day supply of any medication at a time. If your prescription calls for more than this amount, we will refill your prescription in 90-day increments until it is completed or one year has elapsed. When your prescription is completely filled or is more than a year old, you will need to provide a new one.
