Shipping is reliable and fast through our Australian pharmacy. All our orders are shipped by Australia Post, and all in-transit packages can be pinpointed using the Australia Post Track and Trace System.

Delivery time

New Australian drugs orders: Expect new prescriptions to arrive 3-4 weeks after you place a complete order (including a Customer Agreement, Patient Profile Form and valid prescription.)

Refill Australian drugs orders: Refill orders normally arrive 2-3 weeks after they are requested.

NOTE: U.S. Customs can hold medication packages for up to 30 days. Unfortunately, this is beyond the control of our Australian pharmacy. There is only a small possibility your medicine package will be delayed, but you should keep this in mind when timing your order.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs $14.95 USD per package. Because shipping is charged per package and not per prescription, it's easy for you to keep your costs low by following these tips:

• If you are ordering multiple medications, order them all at once and have them shipped together.
• If you're taking a long-term medication, order it in 90-day quantities instead of 30-day quantities. This way, you'll pay a third of the shipping fees.
• If family members or neighbors are ordering Australian drugs, request to have all your orders joint shipped and you can split the $14.95 USD charge between you. Request joint shipping when you place your order, and be sure to provide an accurate address.

If you follow these tips, you should never have to pay more than a few dollars of shipping fees per month. The only case in which you will be charged more than one shipping fee is if you have ordered more drugs than will fit in one package. This is an unlikely occurrence, but it is still possible. In this case, you will be required to pay the shipping fee for as many packages as are needed to ship all your medications.

Shipping method

Our Australian Pharmacy will accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to your package which occurs under this shipping method, unless we are clearly not at fault (if we have been given an inaccurate address, for example.)

Unless Online-Australia-Pharmacy.com indicates otherwise, all prescriptions dispensed by our Australia pharmacy will be shipped by this method.
