Online-Australia-Pharmacy.com., carrying on business as ONLINE-AUSTRALIA-PHARMACY.COM("OAP"), understands the importance of protecting your privacy. OAP is dedicated to upholding its obligations at law concerning the collection, use and disclosure of the personal information under its control, as set out in the Personal Information Protection Act and Regulations and the Health Information Act and Regulations of Australia, as well as the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and Regulations of Australia. This Policy explains how OAP collects, uses and discloses the personal information collected from and provided by its customers while using OAP's services and/or its Web site (the "Main Site"). PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the terms set out in the Privacy Policy, all Order information provided to us on the site where you place an order (the "Secure Site") will be subject to the terms set out in the Customer Agreement, which you should review prior to providing the information required.
The Main Site and Secure Site are collectively referred to as the "Site".
By using the Site, you signify that you have consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the OAP Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you are prohibited from using the Site.
OAP adheres to the following principles concerning the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, namely:

OAP is responsible for the personal information under its control and has appointed a Privacy Officer to be accountable for its compliance with its obligations at law and its Privacy Policy. Should OAP transfer personal information to a third party for processing or a related business purpose, it shall use contractual means to bind the party to its privacy obligations at law.
Identifying Purposes
OAP shall document the purpose for which personal information is required at or prior to the time of collection.
Consent
OAP acknowledges that the knowledge and consent of an individual are required for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information, except where required or permitted by law. OAP recognizes that an individual may withdraw or vary consent as permitted by law.
Limiting Collection
OAP shall collect only that personal information necessary to complete its purposes. OAP shall collect information directly from the individual who is the subject of the information except where permitted by law.
Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention
OAP shall not use or disclose personal information under its control for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual or where permitted or required by law. OAP shall keep personal information on file in accordance with its professional and legal obligations.
Accuracy
OAP shall take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information it has on file is accurate, complete and up-to-date as is necessary for the purpose for which it is used.
Safeguards
OAP shall employ sufficient safeguards to reasonably protect the personal information under its control from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. OAP shall educate its employees concerning OAP's privacy obligations.
Openness
OAP shall make a complete copy of its Privacy Policy, along with the OAP Privacy Officer's contact information, available to consumers upon request.
Individual Access
Pursuant to certain restrictions or exceptions at law, OAP shall provide an individual with access to their personal information maintained on file by OAP in accordance with its obligations at law and its Privacy Policy. Should an individual note that there is an error or omission in their personal information on file with OAP, upon reasonable notice and justification, his or her personal information will be updated as appropriate.
Challenging Compliance
An individual may challenge OAP's compliance with its obligations concerning its management of personal information and shall address complaints in accordance with the provisions set out in OAP's Privacy Policy.

Personal Information
By using the OAP Site or its services, you Specifically Provide that:
During your use of the Site, you may decide to voluntarily provide personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, and telephone number when asked for purposes such as communicating with OAP. OAP may use your personal information to contact and correspond with you, to respond to your inquiries, and as otherwise permitted by law. If you provide your email address, OAP may send to you, from time to time, email containing information about OAP and other matters it believes will be of interest to you. Personal information provided to place an order on the Secure Site will be protected as stated in the privacy provisions of the Customer Agreement.
Disclosure of Your Personal Information
If OAP is involved in a merger or other reorganization, OAP may disclose your personal information to the resulting organization. Also, OAP must cooperate fully should a situation arise where OAP is required by law or a legal authority to release your personal information. OAP takes reasonable precautions to avoid the unauthorized disclosure of your personal information. Nevertheless, due to the nature of the Internet, security and privacy risks cannot be entirely eliminated. Therefore OAP cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Policy.
Tracking Information
OAP may use and share with our partners non-personal statistical or demographic information which cannot be connected to the identities or other personal information of individual users for research purposes.
Other Matters
The Site may contain links to other websites which collect information about you voluntarily or through cookies. OAP has no responsibility or liability for or control over those other websites. This Privacy Policy may be changed by OAP from time to time in OAP's sole discretion and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. New versions of this Privacy Policy will be posted here and you should check for Policy updates.
