The goal of our Australian online pharmacies is to provide long-term medication for people with chronic conditions who require prescription drugs to maintain or improve their quality of life. Our drug policies reflect this goal.
Prescription requirement
At our pharmacy Australian drugs will not be dispensed unless you provide a valid prescription for each one you order. A prescription is considered valid only if it is written by a physician licensed to practice medicine and prescribe medication in your country of residence; a valid prescription is less than one year old. When you order from Australia pharmacies, you will also need to provide:
- A completed Customer Agreement.
- A completed Patient Profile Form.
- Accurate contact information.
Maximum 90-day quantity
U.S. regulations prevent U.S. citizens from importing more than a 90-day supply of medications at a time. Our Australian pharmacy complies with this regulation; therefore a 90-day supply is the maximum quantity of Australia prescription drugs we can ship at one time. If you've been prescribed more than a 90-day supply of drugs, our pharmacy will continue to refill your prescription until it is finished, or until one year has elapsed.
Drugs we do not dispense
For legal, safety and ethical reasons, there are certain medications our Australian pharmacy does not dispense:
- Drugs requiring refrigeration (eg: Insulin.)
- "Lifestyle" drugs (eg: Viagra.)
- Controlled or "scheduled" substances.
- Addictive or habit-forming drugs.
